Saudi: MIS’ board greenlights $9.6mln dividends for H2-22

Riyadh – The board of Al Moammar Information Systems Company (MIS) granted its approval for the distribution of cash dividends worth SAR 36 million for the second half (H2) of 2022, according to a bourse disclosure.

The Saudi firm will pay out a dividend of SAR 1.20 per share, representing 12% of the share’s nominal value, for 30 million eligible shares.

The eligibility and distribution dates will be announced at a later time.

Earlier this month, MIS won a SAR 35.99 million project contract from the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).

In the first nine months (9M) of 2022, the Tadawul-listed company logged net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 46.53 million, an annual surge of 23.59% from SAR 37.65 million.

Revenues totalled SAR 476.43 million in the January-September 2022 period, higher by 2.78% year-on-year (YoY) than SAR 463.56 million.

The earnings per share (EPS) stood at SAR 1.55 in 9M-22, compared to SAR 1.26 in 9M-21.
