The Dow soared more than 600 points Thursday to a one-week high, as Wall Street’s main indexes turned positive after choppy trading on Thursday, In afternoon trading, the Dow Jones Industrial Average climbed 544 points, or 1.3%, to 43,953, hitting a one-week high.
