Sethi Group, a real estate and steel manufacturing company, one of the exhibitors at this year’s Daily Graphic/GREDA Home Fair, has admonished Ghanaians to invest more in landed and other durable properties such as houses.
The Project Manager of Sethi Affordable Luxury Homes, Momo Sethi, in an interview with the Graphic yesterday at the Daily Graphic/GREDA Home Fair, expressed the belief that such landed property was more beneficial than investments in liquid assets.
“I believe it is by buying landed properties that you make money,” Momo, one of the Sethi brothers, said.
The Indian brothers established the company in Liberia in 1973, but relocated to Lome, Togo, during the war in the West African country before finally settling in Ghana in 1992, where it set up its headquarters.

Currently, the company is running a promotion on its two-bedroom apartment at Tema Community 25, slashing the price by half to GH¢481,000, which it said was the lowest on the market.
Sethi Affordable Luxury Homes brings together integrated communities to own individual homes but share common resources or amenities such as a swimming pool and tennis courts at lower costs.
The company currently operates 240 units of two-and three-bedroom apartments for the ordinary person, where each individual owns their houses but shares the amenities.
“Our concept is designed to lower the cost of living. What’s the point in owning big houses with all these amenities? It becomes too expensive to maintain.
“That was the reason why we settled on this concept to make housing more affordable yet luxurious at the same time,” Mr Sethi said.
Tucked away in a tranquil environment in Community 25, known as Nyame Dua, the estate offers an array of stylish two-and three-bedroom homes thoughtfully designed for ultimate comfort and functionality.
Nyame Dua promises exceptional value and a secure, community-oriented lifestyle.
